Harikar NGO proudly participated in the Leadership and Tecplomacy Summit 2026, an international gathering that brought together global leaders, policymakers, academics, and development practitioners to explore how technology, innovation, and diplomacy are reshaping the future of leadership. Hosted by the School of Leadership and Diplomacy (Canada) in partnership with Teaching Pakistan, the summit introduced the emerging concept of Tech- plomacy the integration of technology into leadership, governance, and diplomatic engagement.
Throughout the four-day event, participants explored critical topics including:
