Project Summary
Harikar NGO in partnership with UNICEF is implementing a projects, in cooperation with DMCR, MOI, MOJ and MOLSA, to enhance the justice services and system for children through capacity building of service providers, with a main focus on reformatory centers. To support and develop an SOP in referral of juveniles and finding alternatives to detention as well as standardizing the procedure of reintegration and family engagement after detention.
