Registration and mandate constitution:
Harikar NGO has been registered with the Ministry of Interior : Registration #4862 dated 30/05/2004, and (MoHAC) Ministry of Humanitarian Aid and Coordination of the Kurdistan Regional Government: Registration #160 dated 29/09/2004.
Its registration with the Ministries of Planning and MoHAC in Baghdad is pending due to the prevailing deteriorated security situation.
This including a brief overview on the NGO, the statutes, translation of the registration certificate, mission statement, a statement that Harikar is a pure non-government, non-biased and non-profit humanitarian organization, staffing structure and organogram.
